Toboggan Arena Stubai

All toboggan enthusiasts can enjoy this delightful region with 12 different toboggan tracks, which have all been awarded the Tyrolean natural-toboggan track seal of approval. For the ultimate thrill, take the Elfer lift up the Neustift home-mountain and pick one of the two tracks, one of which is the longest track in all of Tyrol with a staggering 9 kilometres in length. Our personal favourites are the "Brandstatt“ and "Milderaun“ toboggan tracks with glorious views along the way and a charming alpine hut to serve delicious treats.

Cross-Country Skiing in Stubai

Glide along the 120 kilometres of well-prepared cross-country ski tracks for classical or skating-style of skiing. Our guests in Neustift can explore the winter wonderland along the two classical or skating tracks suited to all cross-country skiers. For all beginners, and guests who would like to improve their abilities, cross-country ski lessons are offered for some professional guidance. The high-alpine track at the Stubai glacier ensures a snow-guarantee and allows an exciting alternative to alpine skiing. All your equipment can be rented directly at the Gamsgarten rental service.

The picturesque Stubaital valley offers a range of possibilities for all ice-climbers. At the Stubai glacier the mountain guide-school Stubai Alpin offers special courses on the 20-metre-high ice-tower close to the top station of the Gamsgarten lift during winter.

For a real bird's-eye-view, paragliding gives brave guests the unique opportunity to marvel at the snow-covered mountain peaks and the Seven Summits from above.
