• living room and dining area including a sleeper sofa, cosy dining area, CD-radio, satellite television
• balcony with outdoor furniture
• hand-, bath-, and dish-towels, bed linen, toilet paper, soap, hairdryer, cosmetic tissues, board games, clothes iron, dishwasher detergent, washing-up liquid, clothes hanger, books, sewing kit, first-aid kit
• Children's amenities available upon request:
  Cot, bed linen, high-chair, changing pad, children's blanket, bottle warmer, children's dishes and cutlery, children's stool, baby-proofed sockets, slip-proof shower mat for the shower, WC-seat add-on, play-mat, various indoor and outdoor children's toys

• Children's amenities, furniture, and equipment available for free upon request.
• Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
• All rooms are non-smoking.
• Check in from 3pm | Check out until 9am

• The rates are charged in EURO per person per day, and do not include board.
• Rates do not include the local tax charged separately at EUR 4.80 per person per day, as from the age of 15 years
• Cleaning on departure:

  Apartment 'Morgentau' EUR 100.-
• The total cost of the stay is paid by bank transfer before arrival, or can be paid in cash directly at our accommodation.

Cancellations:

Up to 60 days before arrival it is possible to cancel the booking without any cancellation fee. All other cancellations result in a cancellation fee of 90% of the total booking cost (excludes final cleaning cost and local tax). Apart from our accommodation-specific cancellation policy, the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.
